Dua Wellness opened in July 2023 with the purpose of providing high quality mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families in the Triangle Area and greater NC. Our team has over 7 years of experience in mental health care in a variety of settings. Experience has taught us that wellness is an active process that requires prioritization, patience, and flexibility in a world that is ever changing. Sometimes we need support with this process that may include enhancing our understanding of how we think and feel, learning new skills, and putting them into practice in real time to expand wellness with ourselves and others.
